Job Description Summary
As an Ultrasound Application Specialist you will deliver clinical and operational expertise by providing excellent education and training support within a specific modality (Ultrasound) or product portfolio to clinical endusers. You as a clinical expert will facilitate evidencebased practice and support the customer experience and commercial teams from presale through post implementation by providing effective outcomebased education and training solutions.Job Description
- Provides onsite and in depth learning sessions to external customers and focuses on leveraging and maintaining the technical and clinical knowledge related to the product of the end users. Has the ability to propose solutions that address complicated daytoday problems and customer requirements.
- Designs alternative training solutions to address special customer requests and offers online educational modules. Combines and uses digital solutions to deliver advanced trainings and educational information.
- Investigate and analyses local market needs and utilizes indepth knowledge of product lines or customer groups to execute strategy. Prioritizes information to support the commercial strategy on projects.
- Focuses on training local internal direct and indirect teams on new technologies and product offerings and ensure the proper educational modules and materials are distributed.
- Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Builds maintains and enhances relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in cooperation with the local commercial teams (Direct or Indirect) and Relevant Segment Product Manager.
- A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues.
