You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Medical Advisor holds primary responsibility within the country for the development and execution of the Medical Affairs strategic plans and is expected to spend up to 50% of their time in external engagements.
The role focuses on crossfunctional strategy collaboration and execution building trust with the medical/scientific community facilitating peertopeer medical and scientific exchange and providing asset issue resolution support.
The Medical Advisor will act as an expert in Vaccines with strong scientific communication and knowledge with ethics & integrity; provide nonpromotional balanced reliable and scientific information follow strictly company standards and local regulations.
Accountabilities
1. Medical Affairs & Scientifics Activities (office based)
In closed collaboration with Marketing and Regulatory teams: Create develop and review tools and material to support product promotion and disease awareness.
Medical Information: Provides prompt medical information support such as research and answering of medical inquiries from external and internal customers and reviews/approves local response documents.
Identify relevant Medical Scientific agencies medical writers to support publication or scientific projects.
Medical Scientific Liaison Support: Provides support to MSL (Contracts Slide deck preparation Bibliography literature review) Develops and executes country medical educational material.
Consolidate actionable medical insights from the country that can help inform company strategies
Communicate both scientific and business needs credibly appropriately and effectively across a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Provide therapeutic/functional training to assigned teams and affiliate functions.
2. KOL Management in Ile de France area (field based)
Mapping and identification of Key opinions leaders in the disease area
Develop strong relationship and collaboration key expert and decision maker
Act as an expert in Vaccines with strong scientific communication and knowledge
Ensure the implementation of KOL management with a detailed action plan per expert scientific societies and Patient associations
Act with ethics & integrity; provide nonpromotional balanced reliable and scientific information follow strictly company standards and local regulations.
Build trust with external scientific community via peertopeer scientific exchange research and educational collaborations interactions with scientific societies and health organizations publications or other.
Requirements:
PharmD or Pharmacist degree is required
Fluent in French and English both spoken and written
At least 3 years of relevant work experiences ideally in infectious disease therapy area (experience in vaccines is a plus)
