Co-op Student: Developer 4-8 Months

Position Description:

We are seeking a hardworking Full Stack Developer looking to kickstart their career through joining our growing and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work under the mentorship of our Project and Program Manager to assist and support the development team in all designrelated tasks.

To join and contribute to a crossfunctional software development team.
Develop API services and web applications as per the client specifications using coding standards and standard methodologies.
Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
Participate in project planning meetings along with all relevant agile ceremonies.
Coordinate with business analysts and testing teams for delivery.
Work standard and additional overtime hours to meet project outputs and pager support.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Your Qualifications:
Must be part of an accredited Coop Program
Experience with Java and/or .NET and familiarity with all stages of the SDLC lifecycle.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular VUE and React.
Currently enrolled in Computer Science related program.
Ready to complete 8month coop term
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Analytical conduct and good problemsolving skills.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
