Join a flagship digital innovation project at one of South Africas leading banks.
Were looking for ahighly skilled Intermediate UI/UX Designerto support theBusiness Unitstransformation programme. This role will focus on the endtoend design of both web and mobile experiences forCorporate and Consumer features driving intuitive and responsive digital journeys within an Agile squad.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within an Agile team alongsideDevelopers and Feature Analyststo deliver on businessled design objectives
- Design and deliver:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- UI mockups
- Hifi prototypes
- Design specifications and assets
- Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder feedback design system standards and accessibility requirements
- Provideongoing design QAand support during development and UAT cycles
Monthly Feature Deliverables (via Figma):
- DCO Query Management
- Corporate Limit Management
- BusinesstoBusiness Payments
- Consumer Mobile App Look & Feel
- Virtual Card Experience
- OmniHub Corporate Access
Acceptance Criteria:
Deliverables must meet:
- Visual and UXconsistency with brand guidelines
- Clearresponsive designprinciples
- Functionalmobilefirst workflows
- Properdesign system integration
- Stakeholder signoff andQA readiness
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 45 years of experience in UX/UI design with proven Agile delivery
- Strong command ofFigmaand componentbased design thinking
- Mobile and web UX experience ideally withfinancial servicesplatforms
- Comfortable facilitating design discussions and collaborating in highperformance teams
- Excellent attention to detail and usability best practices
