Our mission as the Core Solutions Group is to support CoreMarks mission by providing accurate timely and efficient tools and data to our internal and external customers. This is a hybrid role that requires onsite work Monday Thursday. Role and Responsibilities
This team is responsible for developing designing and maintaining databases and dashboards for the organization through Microsofts Power BI Access SQL Server and in concert with our third party vendor. This individual will need to excel in the following areas:
Maintain and improve existing BI applications and create new apps to meet business needs
Learn quickly and adapt to changes in this fastpaced environment
Successfully balance and prioritize workload to ensure given projects are delivered on schedule
Use independent judgement and discretion to make sound decisions
Perform complex data analysis in support of adhoc and standing customer requests
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and assimilate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Resolve database related incidents as well as requests
Utilize project management and user ticketing software to update task statuses for internal and external stakeholders
Write technical and userfacing documentation for new and existing BI applications SharePoint sites PowerApps and PowerAutomate flows.
