SUMMARY

The Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role in delivering worldclass payroll support and services to contribute to outstanding employee experience. The Americas Region includes United States Canada Mexico and Brazil

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage complex payroll inquiries from employees and be able to explain payroll from a gross to net perspective for all countries within regional responsibility.
  • Manage LOA transaction entry and employee inquiries related to how and why the pay was calculated.
  • Confirm accuracy of garnishment processing and compliance with legislation.
  • Execute standard work for managing overpayments/repayments with stakeholder communication with regional policy.
  • Validate and prepare as needed standard work for defined payroll processes under the regional payroll managers responsibility.
  • Identify gaps and seek opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement.
  • Process equity inclusions relocation imputed income and other taxable inclusions
  • Escalate payroll related issues seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems and propose reasonable solutions.
  • Execute payroll transactions into payroll applications ensuring accurate and timely entry.
  • Execute data entry in all countries within regional responsibility and meet audit timelines compliant with country legislation.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of GlobalView ADP Celergo and eTime and processing payroll.
  • Execute process for data processing and strategy to communicate to employees to reduce MUDA in employee inquiries.
  • Execute strategy to process all opcos under shared service model by optimizing processes and leveraging process improvement tools and harmonization.
  • Support daily visual management to easily identify areas for improvement control limits and adding additional opportunities for measurements to increase optimization.
  • Calculate termination and deceased wage payments compliant with country legislations.
  • Monitor support employee escalations and inquiries.
  • Ability to run standard and create ad hoc reports.
  • Tax data management
  • ACH preparation and payroll simulations as needed for termination pay or proforma calculations.

  • Experience preferred working with ADP Global View ADP Celergo and ADP eTime.

  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment and can operate with flexibility.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to gain credibility with OpCos Influence others and make recommendations for change.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations.
  • Ability to gain credibility with Opcos influence others and make recommendations for change.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals and objectives.
  • Exhibits strong project skills with the ability to develop functional business requirements.
  • Preferred experience with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas
  • Multilingual preferred based on regional requirements. Americas: English Spanish.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred with a strong understanding of payroll.
  • Minimum (3) years experience in payroll shared service models preferably using ADP GlobalView ADP eTime ADP Celergo or ADP Streamline.
  • Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the region.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint Excel Word Outlook Teams SharePoint).
