| Supervises Front/Service Bartenders Banquet Extra Bartenders and Cocktail Servers in order to insure prompt efficient and courteous service to guest. Maintains excellent grooming and personal conduct according to Harrahs specifications. Ensures that all inventory activity is kept in compliance with current Casino Hotel Alcoholic Beverage Control/Atlantic City Board of Health regulations. |
