Work Schedule:
100% day/evening/night. Sunday Saturday working 10 12 hour shifts between 7a 7p or 7p 7a. Rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at University Hospital and Meriter Hospital in Madison WI.

As an Advanced Practice Provider youll play an integral role in our care teams by providing highquality costeffective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistantto:
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill medical patients in an intensive care unit setting.
- Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute chronic and/or potential health problems.

Education:
Minimum
If Nurse Practitioner:
Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:
Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum
If Nurse Practitioner:Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive board certification as a NP in Family Pediatric Acute Care or Pediatric Primary Care.
If Physician Assistant:Active PA license in State of Wisconsin ANDactive PA board certification.
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have:Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire ANDCPR certification and advanced life support certifications if relevant to practice area (ACLS PALS NRP).
