This position is responsible for administering real estate related activity within the University Region. This includes property appraisal relocation of displaced individuals or businesses acquisition and all drafting and technical work related to preparing legal descriptions parcel sketches and marked final right of way plans. Assists the Development Services section on issues related to disposal of excess property demolition and property leases. Recognized technical specialist for region and Transportation Service Center (TSC) staff regarding Real Estate issues. May perform the most complex tasks for any real estate function as well as attend project scoping and public meetings. Whenever possible identifies recommends and implements improvements.
The Salary listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Property Specialist 13 position.

Four years of professional experience in real estate equivalent to a Property Analyst including two years equivalent to a Property Analyst P11 or one year equivalent to a Property Analyst 12.
