The purpose of this position is to drive and execute assembly of firearm parts packaging and quality assurance at Primary Arms. This position is responsible for scheduling coordinating inspecting and executing all aspects that align with the Primary Arms Business Strategy.
The Productions Manager will report to the Director of Operations and will ensure all goals are met monthly. He/She will be responsible for the coordination of Assembly Quality Control packaging and testing of all Expo Arms Products. This person will be responsible for overseeing Expo Arms Armorers and will ensure that all products meet our company standards.
This is a fulltime position with daytime and early evening hours. Some nonstandard work shifts may be required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Plan & Schedule all workflow and production in accordance with the companys needs
Provides weekly reporting and assembly schedule to the Director of Operations
Ensures Quality Assurance of all inbound receipts
Assists Assembly of Firearm Components & Packaging of all products
Ensures the proper inspection testing and routine maintenance of company firearms in accordance with applicable armorer procedures.
Ensures organization and preparation of armorer inventory for production and assembly.
Plans and conducts cycle counts based on daily monthly and annual requirements.
Assist as required with customer Return Merchandise Authorization inspection services.
Provide logistical support for large events and contracts as directed.
Executes other duties as assigned.
Education And/or Experience
Project Management experience required.
Mechanical experience required.
Armorer experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
Oracle/NetSuite experience is preferred.
Must have a high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to multitask while meeting the needs of a rapidly changing environment.
Must be able to work autonomously.
Working Conditions
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must wear personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
