Job Description

Hilton Stockholm Slussen is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our passionate and highperforming Sales team during an exciting year ahead! The position is a 12month parental leave cover with the possibility to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

As our Sales Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team during a temporary parental leave period. Youll be part of a dynamic peoplefocused and commercially driven team and get a unique opportunity to explore the world of sales in hospitality.

  • Assist the sales team in daytoday activities across all market segments.
  • Support with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings prepare materials and manage calendars.
  • Perform daily CRM tasks
  • Make cold calls and follow up on leads.
  • Support with client site inspections and hotel show rounds.
  • Organize and coordinate sales events and customer activities with the team
  • Collaborate with operational departments in the hotel to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Attend hospitality and industry related events at and outside the hotel
  • Assist the Director of Sales with ad hoc tasks and team coordination.

What are we looking for

  • A strong interest in sales hospitality and customer service.
  • A proactive positive and cando attitude.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Swedish.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Computer literacy including Outlook Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a support or admin role is a plus but not a requirement.

It is beneficial if you have experience in sales within the hospitality and/or travel industry.

This is a fulltime officebased position at the commercial office located at the hotel in Slussen Sdermalm.
