Inviting applications for the role of Principal ConsultantSoftware Development Engineer In Test
As a QE Lead SDET he/she will be responsible for leading the quality engineering efforts developing and executing comprehensive test plans and ensuring the robustness of our software products. He /She will work closely with the development team to design and implement automated testing frameworks mentor junior SDETs and drive continuous improvement in our testing processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the quality engineering team in designing developing and executing automated test plans and test cases.
Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design test strategies.
Identify isolate and track bugs throughout the testing lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and potential issues.
Ensure that test plans and scripts are followed and quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and assuring quality.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
Experience in software testing and quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ATDD BDD & TDD.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python or C#.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium JUnit TestNG).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices
