An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed History Teacher to join a highperforming secondary school in Bexley from September 2025. This fulltime permanent role is ideal for an enthusiastic History Teacher with a strong subject knowledge and a drive to inspire the next generation of historians.
The school is part of a respected multiacademy trust with a longstanding reputation for academic excellence inclusive values and a supportive teaching environment. As a History Teacher you will join a wellestablished Humanities faculty with a collaborative approach and strong leadership.
The department delivers a rich and engaging curriculum from KS3 through to KS5 with a particular focus on developing critical thinking analytical skills and historical enquiry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced History Teacher looking to work in a school that prioritises professional development and progression.
We are looking for a History Teacher who:
- Holds UK QTS and has a degree in History or a related subject
- Can deliver inspiring and wellstructured lessons across all key stages
- Is committed to raising attainment and fostering a love for History
- Works well in a team and contributes positively to school life
