Job Vacancy: Casual Purchase Ledger Clerk at Foxhills Collection
Are you a selfmotivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on compliance Foxhills Collection is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our Accounts team.
Position:Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort
Type: Casual contract potential for 40 hours in first two months

Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices review and code invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconciling supplier statements with the companys records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Handling and address enquiries and queries from both internal and external parties regarding purchase orders and payments.
- Processing of staff expenses.
- Prepare and authorise payments to suppliers through BACs
- Maintaining records of all transactions ensuring proper documentation and organisation.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Excellentattention to detailandorganisational skills
- Ability towork to deadlinesin a fastpaced environment
- AAT Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) or Experience withAccounts Software advantageous
