We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team at CycleBar Southwest Plaza Littleton CO. As an Assistant General Manager you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio driving revenue through membership sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 2025 hour parttime with the potential for career growth in the rapidly growing fitness industry. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily studio operations including opening/closing procedures scheduling and staff management
Drive membership sales through community outreach lead generation and membership promotions
Provide exceptional customer service to members ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Manage payroll expenses and budget for the studio
Collaborate with the General Manager to create and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new members
Assist with staff recruitment onboarding and training
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by staff and members
Attend and participate in team meetings or training as required
Requirements: A Minimum of 2 Sales experience preferably in fitness and membership model. Must have documented sales numbers. A documented history of membership sales and customer service experience required.
Passion for fitness and wellness industry
Strong leadership organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 45 pounds
Must have reliable transportation to and from the studio
CPR and AED certification preferred (training available)
