Wereexcited to recruit a Development Manager to joinour team on a fixed term contact for anywhere between 615 months.
What youll be doing
Youll hold daytoday responsibility for delivering schemes on time budget and to excellent customer satisfaction in line with Goldings Strategic Objective of building safe and sustainable homes and communities as well as holding responsibility for managing selected projects. Youll work closely with the New Business Team to appraise opportunities provide advice on precontract matters ensuring lessons learned are captured and acted upon to strengthen Goldings contractual position and reduce risk exposure to the business.
More about you. What can you bring
Youll hold a professional qualification in a related field i.e. MRICS CIOB or equivalent related experience. Youll have experience of delivering successful projects on time in budget and to high levels of customer satisfaction. Youll be experienced inmanaging complex refurbishment projects ideally within buildings where listed building consent is required as well as experience of the Homes England IMS system to ensure grant is claimed.
Youll have good working knowledge of the planning system and experience dealing with the Local Authorities within which Golding operate. Youll hold thorough technical understanding of development and construction processes and thorough understanding of a wide range of contract structures including the JCT suite of contracts.
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to64000 dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
