Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Associate II to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and providing valuable service to our clients. You will handle various customer inquiries resolve issues and support the sales team in delivering highquality service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone email and inperson with professionalism and positivity.
- Assist customers with product information sales and service inquiries related to docks lifts and other lakeshore services.
- Handle customer complaints and strive to resolve them effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service technicians to schedule appointments and manage service requests.
- Provide followup communication to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed customer records and interactions in our database.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling services and products.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and efficiency within the department.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software (CRM systems is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detailoriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- 12 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in the boating or outdoor service industry.
- Experience in sales support is advantageous.
- Knowledge of boating and lakeshore services is a plus.
