Working Student (m/f/d) Performance Marketing

Your mission

As part of our Performance Marketing team youll support the planning and optimization of advertising campaigns that drive real business results. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the setup monitoring and optimization of Search and Shopping campaigns (mainly in Google Metas Advertising suite)
• Analyzing campaign performance and proactively suggesting improvements to stay on budget and hit KPIs
• Running keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
• Supporting A/B testing on ad creatives landing pages and new campaign features
• Collaborating with MarTech BI Product Content and Design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective
• Creating clear actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations
• Keeping up with the latest Google Meta Ads features industry trends and performance marketing best practices

Your profile

• You are currently studying Marketing Business Economics or a related field
• You bring a keen interest in digital marketing with a proactive and curious mindset
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel or Google Sheets
• Quick learner with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of Paid Ads (SEM Social Affiliate) and analytics tools
• Previous internship or working student experience in performance marketing is a plus
• Google Ads certifications and Google Analytics experience are a bonus not a must
• Fluent in English
