Position Type: FullTime SchoolYear Contract

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team for the upcoming academic year. This fulltime opportunity offers steady hours through the end of the school year with the possibility of contract renewal based on performance.

As a Special Educator you will play a critical role in designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with varying abilities in a selfcontained classroom. Youll create and implement personalized IEPs adapting lessons to meet each student s learning goals. Collaboration with families support staff and general education teachers is a key part of this role to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.

We encourage active engagement in professional development sessions hosted by the district helping you stay current on effective teaching strategies and special education practices.

Requirements

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting equity in education.
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement.
Bachelor s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Previous experience working with students with disabilities in inclusive or resource settings.
