Draft review and negotiate provider agreements.
Provide legal guidance to healthcare professionals and institutions on issues such as malpractice insurance and employment law focusing on both corporate and medical aspects.
Conduct research on healthcare regulations corporate governance issues and legal matters affecting the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm on crossdisciplinary issues leveraging both corporate and medical legal knowledge to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Experience you will need:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
57 years of experience practicing corporate law with a strong focus on the healthcare or medical industry.
Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations including but not limited to HIPAA Stark Law AntiKickback Statute and healthcare fraud laws.
Strong communication negotiation and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Excellent legal writing and research skills.
A proactive detailoriented and organized approach to work.
