About the Role
We re on the lookout for a creative and techsavvy Content Creator who understands the real estate market and knows how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to supercharge the content process. This role is perfect for a freelancer or contractor who s passionate about writing content that is genuinely helpful easy to read and aligned with real buyer or investor pain points.
Key Responsibilities
Research write and edit highquality blogs ebooks guides and other longform content in the real estate space
Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Jasper) to streamline content creation workflows
Translate complex real estate and finance concepts into clear engaging and SEOoptimised content
Work collaboratively with our marketing and advisory teams to align content with strategy
Contribute to building a strong and consistent brand voice across all written materials
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience writing in real estate property investment or financerelated industries
Strong understanding of the Australian property market (bonus if you ve worked with property developers or agencies)
Comfortable using AI writing tools to support the creative process not to replace your original voice
Familiar with content strategy marketing funnels or copywriting psychology
Excellent attention to detail research skills and time management
Portfolio of relevant writing samples required
