Job Description
- Develop & Optimize Core AI/ML Features:
Implement and optimize AIpowered automation modules search systemsand data retrieval models.
Develop LLMdriven applications using LangChain RAG and embeddingbased techniques.
Enhance workflow automation using Haystack LangGraph and Vector DBs.
- Fullstack Platform Development:
Build scalable microservices and eventdriven architectures.
Develop highperformance backend systems in Python Java and .
Work on AIintegrated dashboards and frontend applications using and TypeScript.
- AI Model Deployment & DevOps:
Deploy and monitor AI models on Kubernetes OpenShift and cloudplatforms.
Implement CI/CD pipelines containerization and scalable deployment strategies.
- Technical Collaboration & Best Practices:
Work closely with Tech Leads and AI engineers to ensure efficient and scalable implementations.
Follow best practices in software engineering AI model deployment and fullstack architecture.
Contribute to innovation in AIbased workflow automation and platform
Requirements
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science AI Machine Learning or arelated field.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML and fullstack development.
- Expertise in building AIpowered applications leveraging LLMs NLP anddeep learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python Java TypeScript.
- Experience in cloudbased AI solutions (AWS GCP Azure).
- Proficiency in microservices REST/WebSockets and realtime APIdevelopment.
- Knowledge of DevOps MLOps Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Handson experience in vector databases RAGbased search and AIpowered data retrieval.
- Expertise in GenAI Development and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in LangChain Haystack LangGraph for AIdriven workflowautomation.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) & semanticsearch optimization.
- Experience in vector databases (Pinecone Milvus Neo4j) and graphbasedAI solutions.
- Handson experience with SpeechtoText technologies (Whisper GoogleTexttoSpeech).
- Backend expertise in Java Python Spring Boot.
- Frontend skills with Angular and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Microservices Architecture & API Development.
- Experience with CI/CD DevOps (Jenkins OpenShift Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of AIpowered Search & Semantic Understanding(HyDE MMR LLM reranking).
- Experience in AIpowered chatbot & IVR automation.
- Proficiency in Dashboard Development & AI Monitoring (SplunkAppDynamics OpenTelemetry).
- Ability to optimize realtime AI solutions using WebSockets and analyticsdriven AI interactions.
