Job Description

We are hiring a Staff Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social physical and mental stimulation. They deliver exceptional experiences with a range of leisure activities and external excursions tailored around their resident s interests and needs. It is their mission to ensure that residents feel valued and loved.

Responsibilities
- Make sure that the excellent quality of care given to the residents and their families in the Name of Unit aligns with the nursing homes purpose vision values and strategic plan.
- Make sure each person is acknowledged as an individual and that their needs rights and comfort are prioritised when providing care.
- Build rapport with residents to support their autonomy wellinformed decisionmaking and evidencebased decisionmaking.
- Promote and uphold resident safety while delivering highquality care by honouring each residents rights privacy and dignity.
- Increase the residents ability to make their own decisions and exercise personal autonomy.
- When feasible involve residents in decisionmaking processes and help them preserve their sense of self.
Requirements
- Qualification in Nursing (Essential)
- Irish EU or EEA citizenship (Must Have)
- Licensed by the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board (Essential)
