Job Description
The Position:
This is a fulltime position over a 4day work week (10hour shifts). Youll work closely with our 24/7 ECC team Specialty Surgery and a visiting Cardiologist (onsite 2 days a week) collaborating on complex cases in a supportive teamfocused environment. While the role is entirely clinical there are opportunities to contribute to leadership discussions referring vet engagement and internal team development. As this is a new department your role will also involve relationshipbuilding with both internal teams and the wider referral network. The ability to perform ultrasound endoscopy fluoroscopy and chemotherapy is highly desirable as we do not currently have an onsite radiologist.
Qualifications :
About you:
A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS DACVIM or DECVIM) is required although candidates who have completed residency training and are intending to sit specialist exams soon are invited to apply.
