As a Regional Manager youll champion our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services ensuring every child feels safe engaged and excited to be with us.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Director youll oversee a dynamic portfolio of approximately 6 OSHC services. Your mission To inspire and mentor our teams setting the standard for service excellence across the Western Suburbs. Youll lead by example driving quality compliance and positive outcomes in everything we do.

Who Were Looking For:
Were looking for someone with:
- HandsOn Experience: Proven success managing multisite OSHC operations.
- Passion for Kids: At least 2 years experience working with children.
- Credentials: A Diploma or higher in a relevant field and necessary certifications (Blue Card First Aid etc.).
- Drive: A current drivers license and the right to work in Australia.

Qualifications :
Hold a 2year approved Diploma or higher in a relevant area of study or working towards (as per ACECQA).
