Job Description
Purpose
Enterprise Architect is responsible / accountable for development and optimization of IT architecture on Enterprise level: for this purpose s/he caries out analysis and evaluation of customer and technical requirements; develops implementation concepts and helds accountability for implementation. Enterprise Architect assumes responsibility / accountability for all interactions of components systems functions from the network to the point of interaction with the customer; in this context he designs a comprehensive vision and cocreate strategy taking into account high level business requirements and implications with a view to sustainability. Among previous s/he identifies and evaluates innovations in technology fields and being actively involved with implementation within the Group and in the industry (standardization open source communities suppliers interest groups patents etc.)
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyse the benefits and added value of company application landscape for its business model and strategy.
- Be responsible for creating and enforcing a modern IT strategy.
- Conduct architecture modelling taking into account the various architecture levels (Business / Processes / Data / Applications and Technology / Infrastructure).
- Create architecture principles and design architecture views and perspectives.
- Define actors and roles within the company.
- Develop an AIcapable scalable data architecture and infrastructure.
- Be responsible for modelling data structures and creating the solution design of applications.
- Support the planning and implementation of system integration while ensuring compliance with IT industry standards.
- Identifying and evaluating innovations in technology fields and being actively involved with implementation within the Group and in the industry (standardization open source communities suppliers interest groups patents etc.).
- Advising and consulting top management on technological architectural issues of development transformation and integration.
- Serve as point of escalation review and approval for architecture issues
- Manage the conception planning and implementation of the contractually agreed services results
- Lead technical workshops with stakeholders to gather details for various projects
Qualifications :
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
Have a Masters degree in Information Technologies
Have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience including proven multiyear experience as a responsible architect in developing and implementing enterprise architectures using established frameworks
Are TOGAF certified
Possess strong competence in analyzing and designing complex IT systems
Have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex architectural concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Are capable of monitoring and assessing architectural risks
Have knowledge and experience in implementing methods for continuous improvement and adaptation of enterprise architecture
Have initial experience in introducing and using modeling tools and techniques for visualizing and documenting architectures (considered an advantage)
Possess strong problemsolving abilities and demonstrate analytical thinking
Excel in communication and stakeholder management with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3 100 /brutto.
