Job Description
As the Sales Manager Southern Region youll lead a talented team of six sales professionals driving a highperformance culture that consistently exceeds targets. Youll shape and execute sales strategies that respond to market trends and customer needs while building strong lasting relationships with key clients OEM partners and industry stakeholders.
With a keen eye for growth opportunities youll take the lead on closing deals and expanding market share across the Southern Region. Your ability to tap into CRM tools and data analytics will be essential in tracking performance identifying trends and continuously lifting results.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this position you will have:
- A proven track record in sales leadership ideally within the heavy equipment or construction industry
- Proven experience in people management including leading teams providing performance feedback and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of construction machinery and its application
- High calibre communication negotiation and presentation skills
- A willingness to travel regularly across the region
