Our Expectations:
As a Chef de Rang you will be the face of fine dining service on the restaurant floor responsible for leading a section and ensuring guests receive seamless attentive and personalised service. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier team guiding guests through their dining journey with charm knowledge and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station throughout Breakfast Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
- Good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items hotel facilities and services.
- Food & Wine service in line with Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmares fivestar standards of service.
- Anticipate Guest requirements in a positive and professional manner.
- Daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
- Preparing daily mis en place.
- Cleaning and polishing duties.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage but full training will be provided.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work a flexible roster to include bank holidays and weekends.
