As our Compensation Analyst your mission is to support the operational delivery of our total compensation programs including salary bonus equity and incentive schemes. Youll play a handson role in ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately while also contributing to strategic projects and gaining exposure to reward design in a highperformance environment.
Youll partner with the Senior Specialist and wider People team to help maintain accuracy fairness and transparency in how we reward our people.
Support daytoday operations of compensation programs including base pay equity bonuses and commissions.
Assist in the annual review process preparing data templates and reports.
Help prepare benchmarking summaries compensation offers and internal equity checks.
Maintain compensation data and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate reports and insights to support decisionmaking and monitor trends.
Support process improvements and tool maintenance (e.g. salary review trackers equity records dashboards).
Participate in communication planning to ensure clarity and trust in comprelated topics
Qualifications :
Your Story
12 years of experience in compensation people analytics finance or HR operations.
Familiarity with total compensation components especially equity and bonuses is a strong plus.
Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail; able to manage confidential data with care.
Curious and growthoriented with a desire to build a longterm path in compensation or people analytics.
Bonus: Experience with compensation tools HRIS platforms or data/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau SQL).
