Job Description

Your Mission

As our Compensation Analyst your mission is to support the operational delivery of our total compensation programs including salary bonus equity and incentive schemes. Youll play a handson role in ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately while also contributing to strategic projects and gaining exposure to reward design in a highperformance environment.

Youll partner with the Senior Specialist and wider People team to help maintain accuracy fairness and transparency in how we reward our people.

  • Support daytoday operations of compensation programs including base pay equity bonuses and commissions.

  • Assist in the annual review process preparing data templates and reports.

  • Help prepare benchmarking summaries compensation offers and internal equity checks.

  • Maintain compensation data and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Generate reports and insights to support decisionmaking and monitor trends.

  • Support process improvements and tool maintenance (e.g. salary review trackers equity records dashboards).

  • Participate in communication planning to ensure clarity and trust in comprelated topics


Qualifications :

Your Story

  • 12 years of experience in compensation people analytics finance or HR operations.

  • Familiarity with total compensation components especially equity and bonuses is a strong plus.

  • Strong spreadsheet skills and attention to detail; able to manage confidential data with care.

  • Curious and growthoriented with a desire to build a longterm path in compensation or people analytics.

  • Bonus: Experience with compensation tools HRIS platforms or data/reporting tools (e.g. Tableau SQL).
