Status: Temporary Full Time (Up to 2 Years contingent upon funding)

Position Summary:
The Knowledge Mobilization (KM) Lead plays a key role in translating complex system change concepts and program information into clear accessible formats for a wide range of stakeholders. This position supports the implementation and communication of the NORC model and advances the mission of the NORC Innovation Centre. This is a hybrid role with weekly inoffice meetings and occasional offsite presentations required.
Duties:
- Promoting the scale and spread of NORC Program developed by NIC
- Leveraging the expertise of a broad partner network and applying knowledge mobilization best practices to enhance NIC activities
- Working closely with externallybased NIC Leadership and Project Leads.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years experience in knowledge mobilization or a related role
- A proven track record in knowledge mobilization across multiple sectors (health policy community)
- Experience managing complex projects (e.g. toolkits website redesigns capacitybuilding programs)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience particularly in multistakeholder environments
- Knowledge of Ontarios health system and policy context
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering adult learning initiatives (e.g. workshops training programs communities of practice)
- Ability to produce accessible knowledge and communications products (e.g. toolkits infographics plainlanguage guides photos)
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with digital engagement tools (e.g. Mailchimp Mighty Networks WordPress)
- Experience designing and implementing evaluation strategies to measure KM impact
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ideas into accessible engaging content
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Skilled at managing competing priorities with initiative clarity and attention to detail
