Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist Team Lead for the F15 Program reporting to the F15 Sr. IP&S Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects programs and changedriven activities.
• Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects organizations or business units to determine impacts constraints and plans involving product development process improvement or program initiatives.
• Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing program and support organizations.
• Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products.
• Leads directs facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules horizontally and vertically across company functional product groups suppliers and partners.
• Provides training coaching mentoring and leadership to lowerlevel employees.
• Provides subject matter expertise in the development implementation and training of processes and tools.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Experience in finance scheduling industrial engineering change management strategy program management or project management role
• 5 years of experience in change management program planning project management integrated scheduling Industrial Engineering or Business Operations
• 5 years of experience in team schedules resource management earned value management risk management and project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience leading an Integrated Planning & Scheduling team and/or other Integrated Planning & Scheduling team members in the execution of the planning & scheduling responsibilities on a large development program
• Experience with Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated resourceloaded project schedules including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project Milestones Open Plan Professional etc

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time
