Team Summary

The Product and B2B marketing team is a passionate and dedicated team with a highperformance culture to advance and drive experiential marketing to build awareness and deliver demand through the curation creation of Product and B2B Marketing Strategies designed to acquire engage and retain Visas ecosystem and network of partners and clients. Success is driven through collaboration with cross functional teams as a Business Partner to accelerate product and solution adoption migration and retention to deliver business growth and achieve Visas 2030 Strategic Goals.

What a B2B Marketing Analyst does at Visa:

As a Marketing Analyst B2B Marketing you will play a crucial role in partnering with sales excellence digital sales and commercialization teams in enabling the success of Sales Plays. This will involve streamlining execution & processes with the sales teams work closely with product & product marketing to land solution centric sales assets and manage and advance leads generated from inbound and outbound marketing activities through the sales funnel.

In this role you will be the glue that binds our regional product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing ultimately increasing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Play Enablement:

  • Collaborate with product product marketing and sales teams to design develop and deploy compelling solutioncentric sales assets
  • Ensure these assets effectively enhance sales capabilities and align with strategic sales play initiatives
  • Work closely with sales teams to maximize the utilization and impact of these assets.

Lead Generation Management:

  • Partner with B2B marketing leaders and sales teams to manage leads generated from inbound and outbound marketing activities that support Sales Plays
  • Manage the lead lifecycle through the marketingtosales funnel ensuring seamless handoff and nurturing to create robust sales opportunities
  • Provide insights and feedback from sales teams to B2B marketing leaders to optimize effectiveness of sales assets and leads generated

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track analyze and report on the usage effectiveness and impact of sales assets and generated leads
  • Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders
  • Use datadriven analysis to refine marketing strategies and improve the contribution of marketing efforts to sales outcomes

CrossFunctional Collaboration and Communication:

  • Establish strong working relationships with sales and commercialization teams to deeply understand their needs challenges and objectives
  • Facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration between B2B marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and drive towards shared sales and marketing goals
  • Act as a liaison to ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively supporting sales efforts and that feedback from sales is integrated into marketing strategies.

What you will need:

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Marketing Analyst who possesses a unique blend for B2B marketing analytical expertise process oriented and with a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will be a datadriven professional with a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and a proven track record in supporting sales initiatives.

  • Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
  • 5 years progressively responsible business experience in Marketing or Product Management/Marketing.
  • Experience developing and managing partner programs is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinker with a results orientation who approaches any challenge with thoughtfulness drive and appropriate urgency.
  • Audiencefocused mindset with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights.
  • Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact.
  • A great team member who adds energy ideas and fun to our team and corporate culture
  • Strong planning organizational and problemsolving skills
