Job Description
What will you take care of
Our CI department is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join the team at our Nonantola (MO) site. The selected candidate will be responsible for the operational management of workstations secondlevel technical support and enduser assistance ensuring compliance with company SLAs and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and configuration of base operating systems (Windows).
Installation and configuration of devices (iOS & Android).
Configuration and management of workstations.
Configuration and management of peripherals (printers scanners barcode readers).
Management and tracking of company IT assets using dedicated applications.
Troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to workstations and peripherals.
Management of secondlevel IT support tickets.
Monitoring and maintenance of company SLAs for ticket resolution.
Implementation of preventive actions to ensure service continuity and compliance with minimum service levels.
Qualifications :
Education: You have a Degree in Computer Engineering or a higher education diploma in Information Technology.
Experience and knowhow: You are skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows/iOS operating systems. You have a good knowledge of software distribution tools (especially MS SCCM) and a solid experience in IT troubleshooting.
Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
Soft Skills: You have strong problemsolving skills and an excellent communication and interpersonal skills with end users. You are teamoriented with a strong focus on results.
