At ASOS we are committed to maximising the value of our stock and ensuring that our clearance channels are optimised for success. We are looking for a strategic and resultsdriven Head of Clearance Channel to lead our efforts in managing and optimising our clearance operations. The Head of Clearance Channel will be responsible for overseeing the clearance strategy ensuring that excess stock is effectively managed and sold through appropriate channels. This role will involve working closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies that maximise revenue and minimize costs associated with clearance activities.
The details
Develop and execute the clearance strategy to optimise inventory management and maximise revenue.
Identify and manage clearance channels including online platforms outlet stores and thirdparty partnerships.
Analyse sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations for clearance activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Global Trade Buying Marketing Merchandising and Operations to align clearance efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure timely and efficient clearance of excess stock.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track clearance performance and support decisionmaking.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in clearance operations.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in clearance methodologies.
Mentor and develop a team of clearance specialists fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications :

Extensive experience in clearance strategy with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective clearance strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for stock management and sales analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Experience in the ecommerce sector is highly desirable.
