Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to lead the delivery of critical assemblies and systems for our F1 programme. This is your opportunity to drive success at the pinnacle of motorsport technology and innovation.
THE CHALLENGE
In this highprofile role youll orchestrate complex projects from conception to race day coordinating crossfunctional teams and ensuring that our F1 car development meets the demanding pace of Formula 1. Your leadership will directly impact our performance on the world stage.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead multiple highpriority projects within your module area providing authoritative direction to all team members
- Define project requirements across Aerodynamics Design Office and Operations
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Hold stakeholders accountable for successful programme delivery
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead project reviews gateway assessments and programme update presentations
- Establish and maintain metrics for effective programme status reporting
- Foster collaborative relationships across all departments and external partners
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Degreequalified (or equivalent) with proven programme management experience in motorsport (F1 experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrated success leading crossfunctional teams in highpressure dynamic environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in highperformance engineering
- Experience with procurement in a fastmoving precisionfocused supply chain
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and business analysis skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
