Job Description
Dover Middle School is seeking a Title 1 coordinator. This person is responsible for overseeing the implementation and coordination of the Title 1 program at our 58 school and coordinating 3 tutors who run small group interventions. The coordinator works closely with district leaders administrators teachers parents and community members to ensure that Title 1 programs are aligned with school and district goals and meet the needs of all students. The selected candidate would develop appropriate interventions by using student data as well as monitoring student progress. The position involves facilitating groups planning family engagement and supporting the building team in such matters as state testing and other tasks as necessary.
