Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of experience business development sales or marketing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions.
Strong negotiation and conflictresolution abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth for North America Directs B2B and Bulk Orders business and ensuring efficient operations within the B2B segment. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies managing client relationships and overseeing the operational processes to support sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
