About the role:
As the Roving Clinical Care Manageryou will work with the site clinical and multidisciplinary teams to assist with the dailyoperations of the facility. Utilising your extensive clinical knowledge you willempower staff to deliver highquality care thatmeets and exceeds all required standards and encompasses Eldercares values. With previous experiencein leading clinical and care wellbeing and allied health staff and with a strong focus on clinical governance and quality standards you developand support high performing teams and foster a culture that is all about Respect Accountability and Connection.
The Roving Clinical Care Manager position is a trusted Eldercare role providing reliability and continuity to sites and is part of a high performing site and organisational clinical governance team.
It operates Monday to Friday with site allocations provided well in advance. A mobile phone laptop and travel allowance are also provided in addition to salary sacrifice benefits and the opportunity to grow within a well established and respected organisation.
