We are searching for aProject Manager to join our Project Management and Software Solutions Team based in Halifax Nova Scotia.

About the Opportunity
The Project Manager is key to supporting the organization in reaching strategic objectives and delivering value to our residents and employees. The Project Manager will be a nexus of activity helping facilitate complex problemsolving leading and managing substantial organizational projects and cultivating project management skills and discipline across the organization. You will also:
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones
- Manage the schedule resources and budget of projects; providing regular updates as required
- Identify and proactively work through issues and risks with the team escalating where necessary
- Regularly communicate with project team members and sponsors to ensure understanding and alignment of project scope plan and deliverables with the vision for the project
- Participate in and contribute to efforts to standardize methods and systems within the PMO
- Coach and support informal project leads in the organization
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement collaboration and accountability you bring:
- Undergraduate degree in business technology engineering or comparable program.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience working as a problemsolving project manager.
- PMP designation
- Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt considered an asset
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint Excel Office365.
- Advanced user of project management software
- A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations services and care.
