The role
- Full time (part time negotiable) Continuing
- Level 7 $98467 to $107591 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- AlburyWodonga Bathurst Orange or Wagga Wagga
As the Health Wellbeing and Injury Management Adviser you will foster a safe secure and inclusive environment by developing and delivering injury prevention early intervention returntowork programs and holistic health and wellbeing initiatives.
About you
- Proven experience in project management and program/initiative development and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation and workplace rehabilitation.
- Experienced in injury management and returntowork services.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis trend identification and program evaluation.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
