Job Summary:
We are seeking aHESS Data Specialistto support a dynamic compliance department by managing and analyzing data related to Health Environment Safety and Security (HESS). The ideal candidate will utilize data analytics to ensure regulatory compliance support operational decisionmaking and drive performance improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect organize and interpret data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with HESS regulations.
- Develop and maintain data systems and databases while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Analyze validate and map data to generate actionable reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Monitor and assess HESS performance trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Offer general operational support across the Maritime Compliance Department as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Degree required (Data Science or a related field preferred)
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in data analytics or data management
- Experience in a compliance maritime or safetyrelated field is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft OfficePower BI andTableau
- Strong data validation mapping and visualization skills
- Familiarity with HESS regulations and procedures is preferred

The hourly for this position is $35.00
