Job Profile Summary
The MRI Steering Technologist is an experienced radiographer who produces MRI diagnostic images remotely for the purpose of patient treatment/diagnosis. Works collaboratively with onsite imaging assistant and technologist to achieve highquality diagnostic images and maintain patient safety. Due to nature of the role and to ensure optimal patient care specific internet quality specifications are required to be met related to download speeds upload speeds and latency/ping speeds.

Education Qualifications
- Associates degree in radiologic technology allied health applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.
Experience Qualifications
- 2 years of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) experience is required.
Certifications Licenses and Registrations
- One of the following is required:
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) credential.
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certification as a Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
