Job Title: Product Delivery Manager

Product Delivery Manager to work in Houston TX (may telecommute) to complete the job duties below. Must put job code R on resume and cover letter.
Work on the operational endtoend management of Air Liquides computer products and product family as per business needs including leading planning directing and controlling all activities related to Product Delivery and Technical Operations. Work on operational endtoend management of Supervision & Control (SCADA) optimization (SIO) Asset Performance (OneMaximo) and Process automation products in Europe. Liaise with Product Managers and Product teams regarding the product delivery needs and will report to the Product Line director. Complete Computer Engineering service monitoring and reporting. Monitor and manage performance KPIs for the service in close collaboration with Customer Services. Serve as point of escalation review and approval for key Computer Engineering and decisions for all Service Management domains. Present service performance data in a way which is understandable actionable and adds value to the Service Manager. Support Service Reviews organized by the BU with Local Digital Solution Owners and the BIS. Account for day to day product operations and performance and ensuring that Air Liquide meets Service Level Agreements. Complete incident & request management resolution and related continuous improvement. Responsible for Computer Engineering change management during releases and deployments. Ensure that all risks to capacity and availability are identified and appropriately handled. Plan all changes needed to ensure that customers needs are met. Work with IT products development and operations. Use Industrial supervision software (SCADA & Historian): Osisoft PI Wonderware Historian Advanced analytics applications/tools DCS/PLC and data acquisition protocols: OPC Modbus.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years of experience in Project /Product Management and Business roles.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: May telecommute.
