At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a friendly and servicedriven team member to join our Food & Beverage team as a Restaurant Server/Bartender. In this dynamic role youll provide excellent food and beverage service to guests while also crafting and serving drinks at the bar. Whether youre greeting guests in the dining room or mixing cocktails behind the bar youll help create memorable experiences in a fastpaced guestfocused environment.
What Youll Do:
- Greet guests warmly take accurate orders and offer tailored food and beverage recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to guest needs.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks including cocktails following standard recipes.
- Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations and verify guest identification when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and bar areas including clearing and resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Accurately process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries or concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties for both bar and restaurant.
What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in bartending and/or restaurant service is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and remain calm in a highpressure environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service cocktails and POS systems.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
- Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
