ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for our next Nordic FP&A Analyst. This is a permanent position that will be based in our beautiful venue by the water in Liljeholmen Stockholm.
Key activities include monitoring and driving the financial performance of PR Nordics through the coordination of Group reporting and planning cycles (rolling forecasts x4) and the delivery of highquality management information and analytical tools. The FP&A Analyst position is part of a team of three and reports directly to the FP&A Manager.
The role encompasses three interconnected areas with the following key responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Reporting:
- Prepare and report in the Group Reporting Tool P&L Actual & Forecasts (Statutory and Management) for PR Nordics; coordinate and collaborate with markets to gather inputs and comments
- Develop and maintain relevant management reports for PR Nordics management entity and markets
- Support the maintenance and development of IT systems necessary to the reporting and planning
- Followup on main KPIs understand and analyse the performance of the Management Entity against its targets
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with Finance Business Partners inmarket to understand and challenge local businesses adequately
- Monitor and followup bottomline costs (structure costs and others) for all PR Nordic markets
- Work with the standard cost and transfer pricing processes
Digital Transformation:
- Understand the impact of new digital performance monitoring solutions on Finance and grow as a key user for PowerBI and Polaris Planning Tool with a capacity to develop and maintain his/her own sets of reports
- Leverage digital tools to focus more on data analysis and value creation than data collection
ABOUT YOU
We would like you to have a strong analytical and serviceminded way of being. You have logical thinking and enjoy working with numbers reporting tools and analyses. You perform your work thoroughly and responsibly both while working individually and in teams. You have good communication skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
To excel in this role we require:
- A university business degree within Finance Economics Management or similar
- 23 years experience in similar positions
- Previous experience from FMCG industry is an advantage but not critical
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Experience working with PowerBI and an ERP (NAV/BCantral is an advantage)

Our office in the beautiful premises of Liljeholmen Stockholm offers fully equipped workstations an office canteen a gym and more. We encourage a minimum of 3 days per week in the office to foster collaboration with colleagues and maintain a convivial team spirit.
