Mondelz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Electronics Automation Electromechanics Robotics or related Engineering fields to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern.
This is a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in a global FMCG company. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and gain valuable insights into advanced manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the implementation of automation projects related to product quality detection line performance monitoring paperless digitalization of production lines.
Support in identifying and developing innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Support the deployment of standard operating procedures 5S practices and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology on site.
Lead and contribute to projects aimed at standardizing process parameters across selected production lines.
Drive initiatives to improve the reliability and maintainability of production assets.
What Youll Bring:
Strong willingness to learn grow and face technical challenges.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Solid computer skills (MS Office email communication general computer use); no specific software knowledge required.
Finalyear students or recent graduates in Electronics Automation Electromechanics Robotics or similar Engineering disciplines.
