Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for all phases of product development from concept to experimentation to release. You will own an independent brand discovery channel for helping Amazon shoppers explore and purchase Amazon Private Brands with confidence. We are looking for a proactive leader with excellent communication skills that can navigate complex projects that bring together multiple technologies. This role is best suited to a person who is energized by finding creative solutions to hard problems and can operate well at the intersection of technology and strategy.
About the team
Amazon Private Brands Discovery team helps customers discover and engage with new popular and relevant products and categories from our private brands across Amazon worldwide. We do this by combining technology science innovation and creativity to build new customerfacing features and experiences.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
