Now Hiring: Mailroom Position PM Shift (B) $15.00$16.50/Hour Differential Pay
Join our team as a Mailroom employee and enjoy a rewarding role with competitive pay and growth opportunities. With a 10% pay differential after 6 PM this position is perfect for those who thrive in the evening hours.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate:$15.00 $16.50/hour (10% differential after 6 PM)
- Shift B: 3:30 PM 12:00 AM CT
- Location: Jefferson City MO
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Maintain an updated knowledge of project and corporate policies.
- Receive sort and open mail for processing.
- Prepare mail including applications returned mail and verification documents for scanning.
- Print documents for outbound mailing prep and scan as needed.
- Create batches and use appropriate separator sheets to transition to document scanning.
- Operate mailroom equipment such as letter openers sorters shredders postage meters and imaging/scanning equipment.
- Ensure all mailroom and scanning equipment is wellmaintained and report any issues promptly to the Operations Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 02 years of experience in a related role
