We are seeking an experienced leader who will partner with clinical operations identify financial opportunities and drive financial performance to proactively ensure the fiscal health of the organization. They will also deliver effective fiscal presentations related to budget and reimbursements by collecting preparing and analyzing data along with financial feasibility studies.
Reporting to the System Vice President of Finance & Shared Services this Director of Financial Operations is a strategic finance and business partner to the enterprise who will drive operational excellence and optimize financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of patient care at Ingalls Memorial Hospital and UChicago Medicine Crown Point.
This is a hybrid position based in Harvey Illinois and Crown Point Indiana with the expectation that that you will be onsite 24 days weekly.

Compensation & Benefits Overview
UChicago Medicine is committed to transparency in compensation and benefits. The pay range provided reflects the anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position.
The pay range is based on a fulltime equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
