Job Description
One Vision in Clear Lake is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician!
We are looking for you if you love:
- Learning new Technology based Maintenance systems.
- Working in an open and transparent environment.
- Ensuring individuals with disabilities are safe and comfortable living space.
As a part of our maintenance team you will maintain and care for One Vision roads grounds buildings vehicles equipment and technological based maintenance systems. Our Maintenance team members share oncall duties on a scheduled basis for both regular maintenance and snow removal to ensure safety of staff and individuals served. On the job training is provided!
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of verifiable maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with heating & cooling fire alarm system surveillance and homebased tech preferred.
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance.
